Wonvisa has a wealth of experience in leading the establishment of internal audit methodology aligned with IIA standards and the group’s practices for telecom and retail sectors. She designed a comprehensive internal audit strategy, incorporating competency assessments and a data analytics roadmap to strengthen the team’s capabilities. She led the development of a risk-based audit plan, achieving timely completion and effective reporting to the Audit Committee.
In her consulting role, she introduced a new budgeting scheme for the retail business, achieving cost savings and leading training workshops for over 100 branch managers. She also acted as PMO for more than 15 annual cost-saving projects, managing milestones to meet financial and time targets.
These initiatives contributed to stronger governance, better financial management, and improved risk and control oversight to the client.
