Hanh has had 11 years with Grant Thornton Vietnam, Advisory services during 2007-2018. She has involved in various services including financial due diligence, valuation, transaction supports, fundraising and M&A in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

Over the last 5 years (2019- 2024), Hanh’s position was Finance Director then Investment Principal at Openasia Group and its subsidiary, leading private equity investment and portfolio management across F&B, automotive distribution, co-working space, insurance broker, manufacturing sectors. Hanh performed the pre-deal assessment, valuation, due diligence, deal execution and post-deal management with her extensive experiences.
